Hey I believe , either there is an information leakage between chats or hallucinating very early

I have tested by saying hello. and it is giving some random outputs. This could be a very big issue if there is any kind of leakage.
I am seeing this as well
it was not leaking data, it was random hallucinations
BUT we added a system prompt and now this should happen way more rarely
Can you confirm?

It no longer hallucinates when just saying hello, however if your first chat is asking it to summarize, it gives a random topic summary.
