Dear @Paper2Agent ,
I like this cool work. I followed the github repo and I managed to make a functional MCP. It works when run in the command line by:

fastmcp install claude-code ..._mcp.py

I have few questions:

• Is there any hint how to convert what I have into something like this space?

• Is the usage of alphagenome_agent space paid somehow (to Claude or someone else) or is it free (so, it would be free if I provide my MCP)?

• Since files in your space are quite small, where it stores data?
