# Tumor Progression Classifier

This application classifies microscopic tumor images from the VNC of fruitflies using a deep learning model trained with **FastAI and ResNet50**.

The model analyzes uploaded images and predicts the tumor progression level od category.

## How to Use

1. Upload one or more microscopic tumor images.
2. Click **Submit**.
3. The model will display:
   - Predicted level or class
4. Download results as:
   - **CSV file**
   - **ZIP archive with annotated images**
